TeleMedCare's TMC Clinical solution is designed for professional use in primary care and community health settings to deliver a high quality, flexible health status monitoring service.

TMC Clinical may also be deployed in rural and remote community centres, where local resources are scarce, and TMC Clinical enables remote clinical monitoring through access to local data. Additionally TMC Clinical can be deployed in the workplace, with particular relevance for monitoring personnel employed in critical work groups, such as armed forces, emergency services, airline personnel and mine workers.

TMC Clinical enables the relevant care team to take a full range of vital signs measurements including ECG, Blood Pressure, Weight, Spirometry, Temperature and Pulse Oximetry. TMC Clinical offers a very flexible service, which can be tailored to meet the needs of the particular deployment plan. The standard vital signs monitoring service can be supplemented with a range of point of care measurement devices. These include blood glucose levels, INR, glucose, cholesterol, and triglyceride. A comprehensive set of health questionnaires as well as health education material may be delivered through TMC Clinical. All data can be viewed locally at the relevant community setting or remotely by authorised members of a wider clinical team. TeleMedCare's Data Service delivers comprehensive decision support, which is fundamental to the effective deployment of the technology within each community setting. Data is managed to enable the care team within the community setting to access tailored views of group or individual data across large populations. Remote consultation is facilitated by video conferencing and messaging capabilities.
